This week has been a bit crazy, Christy got back from her LA vacation on June 30th, but on Friday ( the 6th ) her grandma passed away, so she flew back out to Los Angeles again yesterday.  She’ll be back on the 17th.

I’ve got a couple of photos up from her trip, no touristy pictures yet but I’ll update the album soon with more pictures.  She took her brand new camera out there and came back with about 900 pictures

I updated my BMW album with some new pictures.  The car is back out of the shop, after a $3800 transmission repair bill, and it feels like a brand new car.  The exhaust rumbles in fifth gear on the highway.  I’ve got one more repair I need to do before getting emissions, I have a pinky sized hole in the air intake hose, so I ordered a new lower intake boot to replace it with.  Should bump up the gas mileage a bit once the unfiltered air isn’t getting into the engine anymore.  Sometime soon I plan on replacing the whole thing with a cold air intake anyway, but I need the hose fixed for the short term.

I’m finishing up work on our download section for Mocha, so that we’ll be able to put up our products for download tomorrow ( Summer quarter release time for E29 ).  We’ll also be updating the main site with our new product announcement coming in about two weeks.  And on top of that we have a contest announcement to make.  Should be a busy couple of weeks for us

Christy and I have our wedding bands, and we’re getting set to get the marriage license and such later this month.  We’re still doing a ceremony in the future, this is just the legal aspect of marriage.  Merging of the assets, etc

Eh, I’m pretty bored without her being here.  Absence does make the heart fonder.  I think I’ll go watch some tube for a bit or something, need to take a coding break.  I just got the first disc of Dead Like Me season 1, and I’m hooked.  Witty dialog, pretty cool storyline, check it out on Netflix.
