We finally got to pick up our Caviler King Charles Spaniel from the airport on Friday. He was flown from a breeder in Kentucky to Atlanta, then to Reagan Intl’ airport in DC.
It’s been a fun weekend ( and work day ) so far. He usually goes to sleep around 10pm, and wakes up at 7am, takes a few naps about 2-3 hours apart.
He had his first vet appointment on Saturday at this first class place called Yappie Cuttery a few miles away. They have doggie day care, dog spas, all kinds of crazy stuff. Hell I want to go there for treatment
I spent a few hours today installing the Harman Kardon Drive +Play system in my bimmer. I’m going to do a review and install write up probably tomorrow, but I can say that it’s awesome. I did accidentally break the fuse in the power adapter, but that only caused a few hours of headache before I picked up some extra fuses after my chiropractor appointment.
Speaking of, I seem to have a bad disc in my lower back. I’m going to the chiro a few times a week to try and straighten out the disc before I have any serious problems. And how did I come across this bad disc you ask?
Well, I was removing a case of beer from my car when the handle broke suddenly. I went to catch it and twisted my back pretty bad. That Monday I went to the chiro and had some x-rays done and bam, my L5/S1 disc is razor thin in the back and causes it to punch the nerve when I bend forward.
And, over the weekend I found my first gray hair. At 23
So, how have you guys been?

Well boy, all because of the BEER you have a bad back…shame shame. Its a sign….
And a gray hair? You get a puppy and a gray hair…usually that happens when you get kids, not a puppy.
I loves you!
Pfft, I’ve had back pain before, I just actually went and did something about it this time.
I think I inherited it from dad
